Order Processing

All orders at BuiltBYGear are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. We’ll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping (5–10 business days)

• Expedited Shipping (2–5 business days)

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

At this time, BuiltBYGear ships only within the United States. For international requests, please contact us before placing your order.

Damages

BuiltBYGear is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
